About us. Adfec is a movement for sober entertainment founded by Mr. Jarga Kebba Gigo also known as Jigster. It is also a registered business to provide member club services. As a team with a mission – we are dedicated to provide safer alternative public entertainment . Our action oriented approach makes us unique and most effective in tackling drugs and alcohol related problems.
